The former deputy CM of Rajasthan Sachin Pilot was suspended from the party with few MLAs who were in his support. This became a sudden change in the destiny of congress at one time but the current CM is able to maintain the required number to run his government still, but the congress losses one of the best young leader. Who has the ability to become the future face of the congress party. So before talking about the current scenario and the talks going in the congress party, we all need to know about Sachin Pilot and why he is so important for the congress. Qualities to become a good candidate for CM:

1. Accountable to the people- A CM will be always accountable for the their work by giving proper justification to the people
2. Educated- In our Indian politics we all know there are so many leaders who are uneducated. Like think nowadays we have education requirement for every responsible job and there is no minimum requirement of the education for the man/women who will going to run our country.
3. Ability to connect with constituents- I remember once I saw a video of Sadhguru in that he said a good CM have the ability to connect with people emotionally. INDIA is such a diverse country we cannot just make and pass the laws without knowing the fact that how it will affect the people of our country. CM need to emotionally connect with the people and understand what they need and the law will work.
4. Clarity of vision- The chief minister who knows their vision and can successfully articulate it to the voting public is one who will be held in high regard.
5. Keen to understand the domestic issues- In India most of the population is below poverty line or lower middle class. These people have different aspiration to the life rather than people living Porsche society. So the CM have to understand the basic fundamental issues like- education, health, food, or shelter etc.
6. CM must have the quality of Credibility- if we see the current picture PM Modi have this quality very well. People have faith in it. People believe what he says. But the important thing is to maintain them by fulfilling the given promises.
7. Good communication skills- A CM should communicate well. The chief minister must be able to sit with the heads of other nation and also articulate the vision and also reflect the interest of the nation.
8. Having intense enthusiasm and passion- when you are enthusiastic about your work then you will do it your full power and attention without any error. If you are passionate to change the picture of the country by self then you will not tolerate any kind of corruption and cheating in your work. So if you are enthusiastic and passionate about what you do, nothing and no one can stop you from moving forward.
9. Powerful public speaker- public speaking is important because communication is the backbone of our society. And as a leader, the ability to speak with charisma allows you to win over the crowd, to motivate and influence people, and also to demonstrate your skill as a leader.
The former deputy CM Sachin Pilot has all these qualities. He is accountable to the people, answering every question asked by the people why he did so what he will do in future. He really care about the faith that people have in him. He was very disappointed by the CM Gehlot as he misinterpreted by him in his ministry PWD, rural development and panchayati raj ministries.
He has a clear vision and enthusiasm for the people in their constituency and want a clear development of their people. His work in 2018 election showed the amount of passion in it. He is a well public speaker having good communication skills he always did what he said. In his rallies we can see the connection between him and the people.
As his farther was great leader it gives him a great benefit in getting the domestic problem that people of Rajasthan faces. He is new generation leader who believe that if you want to deveop this nation than you need to solve the local problem that people will faces in their daily lifestyle.

How and when the problem started in the congress:

A series of incidents over the past one and a half years where Sachin Pilot’s powers and achievements were rarely acknowledged or curtailed(reduce in extent and quantity) by chief minister Ashok Gehlot seems to have triggered the deputy chief minister’s latest move.

In June, as elections were being held to the Rajya Sabha, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot gathered Congress MLAs at a resort for several days,to stop the  citing attempts by the BJP to poach lawmakers. Even at the time, there were murmurs that there had not actually been any concerted effort by the BJP to topple Gehlot’s government, unlike the situation in Madhya Pradesh earlier this year or Karnataka. Instead, some said, he was merely trying to shore up his support within the Rajasthan Congress. BJP doesn’t have good numbers to make a way towards the cabinet.
At the time, news emerged that the Rajasthan Police’s Special Operations Group was investigating the alleged attempts to destabilise the government.
The police eventually sent a notice to Sachin Pilot requesting an appointment to question him in connection with the arrest of two people for allegedly attempting to topple the government. The First Information Report in that case has references to the deputy chief minister’s involvement in the alleged conspiracy. This is the biggest claim by the Gehlot’s government on Sachin pilot.
The most recent incident of Pilot being sidelined was during the state government’s battle with the Covid-19 crisis. Pilot was not part of the core team constituted by the state government to handle it. Unlike other states, where the deputy CMs also joined the CM in holding meetings, Gehlot preferred to hold it himself, despite Pilot working hard to increase MNREGA work days and taking the sanitisation drive to the rural areas.
After the BSP incident, Gehlot continued to sideline Pilot within the government. On the completion of one year of the government, a three-day celebration was planned in December. A special booklet was launched recording the achievements of the government over the past year. However, Pilot was completely isolated from the celebrations. Not a single poster or photo of him was put out anywhere. The achievements of his ministries were also not even mentioned in the booklet. A frustrated Pilot posted the achievements of his ministries on social media two days later.
It would have been better if the works under myministries were also showcased as part of the one-year celebrations of thegovernment,” Pilot had said at that time. With this major blow, Gehlot had sent out a clear message to the bureaucracy on who the boss was. Ministers, including Pilot, were not allowed to publish any advertisements in the newspaper without approval from the CMO which further limited his reach.

Solution and Sachin Standoff:

As we all can see the bureaucracy played the Gehlot’s supporter to sidelined Sachin Pilot and his work. After suffering a lot he refused to work under the CM Gehlot. He and his few loyal supporter take their support from the congress party.

Sachin Pilotaccording to the Hindustan times has 3 demand:

1. The first being that Congress should declare a year before the next state polls, to be held in 2022, that Pilot would be the chief ministerial face.
2. The second demand was that all those who had rebelled with Pilot, for instance tourism minister Vishwendra Singh and all other legislators would be accommodated. This didn’t mean that they would all be ministers, but “they should all be rewarded. For instance made heads of corporations or any other bodies”.
3. The third and final demand put across to the Congress’s mediators was that Avinash Pande, general secretary and Rajasthan Congress in-charge, should also be removed from his post. Pilot believes that Pandey tilts towards chief minister Ashok Gehlot and so felt that the situation could only be normalized if another person was brought in his place.
