Government Healthcare System Of INDIA

INDIA – My country INDIA is not just a name it’s a whole world within itself. India is the fastest growing economy  in the world INDIA spends only 1% of the total GDP on the healthcare system of the country. According to the report published by  the OECD in  2018 United State  spends the highest amount of money on the healthcare system which is  around 17.15% of the total GDP.
I know  there are many  other issues to be fixed in our country  like poverty ,corruption, industries  etc .But poor condition of the government hospital affects  the poor  and middle class people  mainly because these are the only people who can’t afford fancy treatment in the private hospitals. While on the other hand in the government hospital there is no proper sanitization, wards are  dirty, filthy and foul smelling , shortage of medical equipments . While this condition worsens  in the rural areas where in the name of proper hospital there is single  room.
Not every government hospital is in that condition there are good hospitals as well like AIIMS , PGI where wards are clean.

But what I can  expect? Yelling not an option.  I am medical  student , here in my  country INDIA there are few no. of doctor who work in govt. hospitals so people Who don’t have money have to wait  for a very long time for the treatment. But if the doctors who work in private hospitals ,clinics if these doctor go and work for  about 2hr per weak in these hospitals . Then the picture will change definitely. These 2hr will not affect the life of these doctors but will change the life of many . “Hamara kuch bigdega nhi kisika bhala hojayga”  This method will decrease the load on the govt doctor and give a better treatment to the needy one . If the MCI will pass a law to ensure that every doctor who work  in the country have to do minimum  2hr duty in the  government hospital than the healthcare system of country will change for sure.
I also go to these hospital as  I don’t have degree yet so I can’t do big task like taking OPD etc. but I assist the doctor in handling the patient , do bandages ,normal first aid.

Which in return give me the most important and precious thing in the world PEACE
